Vehicle rental

A rental becomes binding after confirmation by Auto-Lion and, where applicable, payment. The driver must present valid identification and the correct driving licence. The refundable deposit, rental price, mileage allowance and vehicle-specific conditions are shown with the selected vehicle and in the signed rental agreement.

Travel abroad requires prior approval. Additional assistance insurance is offered for foreign travel. If it is declined, in the event of a breakdown Auto-Lion’s obligation is limited to recovering the vehicle and refunding the unused part of the service. Recovery following an accident caused by the customer may be charged to the customer.

Experiences and vouchers

Experience dates and locations are confirmed individually and may change for safety, weather or technical reasons. Vouchers are delivered electronically after confirmed payment and are subject to the validity and conditions shown on the voucher.

Privacy

We process contact, booking, payment-reference and contractual data only to provide the requested service, meet legal obligations, protect legal claims and, where consent is given, communicate offers. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by Auto-Lion. You may request access, correction, restriction or deletion where permitted by law by contacting info@auto-lion.cz.
